Woooh! Finally a new Bloody Monday.

The reason why gievmoar couldn't release was that SoSexyScans disbanded and before that the rawprovider/translator didnt seem to be interested in Bloody Monday anymore.

So I recently found Bloody Monday raws and went looking for a translator right away, and I found a translator within 5 minutes .
